2. All agree to both give and to receive services

3. N0 direct exchange is necessary- Time Dollars earned somewhere can be used anywhere else in the system

4. Every hour giving help earns the giver one credit, a Time Dollar

5. Members ‘buy’ the services they need with their Time Dollars

6. Every transaction is recorded on a computer ‘time bank’

7. One hour is one Time Dollar regardless of the skills one offers
