(from Eric Cinowalt): Come enjoy a nutrient-dense, all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast! My goal here is to have a weekly community meal that is healthy, nutritious, and safe to eat. To me this means a Weston A. Price Foundation styled meal. I am an “amateur” making pancakes the Sally Fallon way. This includes using organic stone ground wheat flour (hand ground the night before) and soaked overnight in homemade organic yogurt. The end product is a tasty tangy sourdough pancake. Come have all you can eat drizzled with plenty of local honey! Requires 24 hours advance reservation/cancellation. Cost is 1 TB dollar per person. This will be a weekly event, each Friday, through April 1st! |
